Privacy Policy

When you use Full Export, we may collect:

• Account data — your name, email address, and profile picture when you sign in with Google.
• Usage data — the Framer URLs you submit for export, export count, and plan status.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security and abuse prevention.

• To authenticate you and manage your account.
• To process your export requests and deliver output files.
• To enforce plan limits (free, one-time, pro, lifetime).
• To respond to support requests.
• To prevent abuse and protect service integrity.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

We rely on the following services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google OAuth — used for sign-in. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management. Governed by Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare R2 — temporary storage of exported ZIP files. Files are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Neon (PostgreSQL) — stores account and subscription data. Governed by Neon's Privacy Policy.

• Exported files are stored on Cloudflare R2 for a maximum of 24 hours, then permanently deleted.
• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.

We use a minimal session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).
