Refund Policy

At FullExport, we stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans — no questions asked.

We process all payments through Lemon Squeezy, a trusted merchant of record. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The following plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase:

• Single Export ($9) — one-time purchase, refundable within 7 days
• Pro Plan ($19/month) — monthly subscription, refundable within 7 days of the initial charge
• Lifetime Access ($69) — one-time purchase, refundable within 7 days

Please include your order confirmation email or order ID. We will process your refund within 1–2 business days of your request.

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

• The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
• The request is submitted via email to support@fullexport.dev
• No more than one refund per customer account

We are unable to issue refunds in the following cases:

• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
• The account has been flagged for abuse or violation of our Terms of Service
• A refund has already been issued for a previous purchase on the same account
• Subscription renewals after the initial 7-day window (for Pro monthly plans)

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You will retain access to your Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to cancel and receive a refund within the 7-day window, please contact us at support@fullexport.dev.

If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, including a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital services, unless the service has already been fully performed with your prior express consent.

By proceeding with an export on FullExport, you acknowledge that the service is delivered immediately and expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service. Your statutory right of withdrawal may therefore not apply once an export has been successfully delivered.

We nonetheless honor our 7-day money-back guarantee voluntarily, regardless of this statutory limitation.
